Role Overview:

The

Zonal Manager Loss Prevention (LP)

will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security, audit, and loss prevention activities across multiple stores in the assigned zone. The role aims to minimize losses, prevent theft or shrinkage, and ensure full compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control store-level losses through audits, investigations, and process checks.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to LP policies.
Identify and resolve shrinkage issues through root cause analysis.
Train and guide store teams on safety, theft prevention, and compliance.
Coordinate with operations and HR for disciplinary actions in fraud or theft cases.
Implement CCTV, EAS, and safety systems effectively.
Prepare periodic reports and highlight risk areas.
Handle external agencies and law enforcement when required.

Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred: Security Management / Criminology).
8 12 years of experience in Loss Prevention or Security within Retail industry.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned zone.
