Job Title : Zonal Manager Location : Mumbai,Maharashtra Job Description: (1) Supervision on Subordinates. • Make sure supervisor maintaining attendance record and sharing with concerned person in reporting time. • Make sure supervisor/team follow their respective treatment schedule. • Need to check on regular basis whether team is maintaining daily activity record book with authenticated by Citizen or any other Official. • Responsible for to keep check on Neutralize breeding spot, if not then need to do enquire route employee treatment and Neutralize breeding again • Cross check on chemical usages and record of use by employees, (2) Inventory Management. • Adapting FIFO method in warehouse for chemical distribution. • As per stock allocation prabhag has to collect chemical from main warehouse every month. • Ensure machinery spare parts are available on time if not then intimate to the concerned person. • All Safety gear is available to your team (3) Preparing Report & Maintaining Data • Make Sure Daily and Seasonal Activity schedule prepared properly and cross verified. • Daily Activity : Daily team working Report ( Daily Report Yellow Card ) • Seasonal Report : Dengue Malaria Seasonal Reports , Winter Reports ( every treatment activity should be documented and authenticated ) • Make sure Team will Prepare all government register, Delivery challan , praman patra , related to work and signed by officers before submitting in office. (4) Responsible prabhag over all prabhag performance & following company norms by himself and subordinates. • Make sure employees are in proper dress code and safety gears as per company’s protocols. • Minimize vector related complains in prabhag (5) Team & Company representative • When required meet Government officials, Hospital Authorities & Politician on timely intervals as a team & Company representative • Need to give time to time briefing to team regarding treatment or up- coming seasonal treatment • Need to understand team member’s problem and always ready to solve the issues as a Team lead.
