Role & responsibilities To develop business in the zone by planning, directing and implementing sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives of the region/zone Analyse market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence Develop sales plan to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region/zone. Plan and achieve business goals month on month for the zone Responsible for building and managing life insurance Direct Sales model for the entire zone. Recruit train and manage a team of Regional Managers, Cluster Managers and Branch Managers and Relationship Managers. Ensure adherence to the company's code of conduct, rules and regulations, practices and policies and regulatory requirements Drive Direct Sales Objectives - Target segment/Reach/Penetration/Cross sell/Up sell/Referencing Build Product and Local Market Knowledge, Track Competition Activity and Practices Retention of Staff: Ensure a healthy work environment and social interaction with team Preferred candidate profile Preferably 15+ years experience in Life Insurance Sales Perks and benefits Fixed Salary + Variable
