Role & responsibilities The Zonal Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the assigned region, which includes entire south India. The successful candidate will work closely with distributors, key accounts, and the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that achieve business objectives. The role requires a strong network in Cosmetic and skincare industry also focus on distributor management, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive positive growth. Manage and develop relationships with distributors, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with the company's SOP. Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. Ensure timely and accurate live reporting of Call report and sales data with KPIs. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that support sales targets. Provide regular feedback to senior management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Manage a team of front line in the assigned region and provide coaching and support to drive performance. Ensure teams target achievement with their incentive earning potential. This role requires a strong understanding of distributor handling and management, as well as sales and marketing strategy development and execution. The Zonal Account Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Account Manager providing coaching and support to drive performance. This role requires extensive travel within the assigned region to meet with distributors, Key Account Retailers, Makeup Artist and Academies. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
