Job Title: Zoho Developer/System Integration Location: Bangalore, Mohali, Delhi , Vizag, Mumbai , Delhi, Nashik Experience: 3 + years Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Zoho Developer to join our development team. This role will focus on the design, development, and maintenance of Zoho applications, as well as integrating Zoho with external platforms such as Azure and other third-party services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with various Zoho tools and APIs, along with a solid understanding of automation and workflow optimization. Core Responsibilities: Zoho Application Development : Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Sign, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Campaigns) to meet business needs and enhance platform capabilities. Automation & Custom Workflows : Utilize Deluge scripting to automate tasks, build custom workflows, and deliver tailored solutions that improve business efficiency within the Zoho ecosystem. API Integrations : Design and implement API integrations to enhance cross-platform data flow, enabling seamless communication between Zoho and external systems (e.g., Azure, third-party CRMs, cloud applications). System Integrations : Integrate Zoho applications with Azure and other platforms, ensuring smooth data synchronization and optimal performance. Troubleshooting & Optimization : Identify and resolve issues related to Zoho applications, working closely with end-users to ensure system stability and performance. Continuously enhance the functionality of Zoho applications. Collaboration & Support : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver custom Zoho solutions that drive business goals. Provide ongoing technical support for Zoho products and integrations. Documentation & Reporting : Document development processes, workflows, and API integration steps. Create clear user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for internal teams. Upgrades & New Features : Stay updated with new Zoho features and best practices. Implement relevant upgrades or new functionalities based on evolving business needs. Skills & Qualifications: Zoho Experience : Proficiency in working with Zoho's suite of applications, including Zoho People, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Sign, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Campaigns . Deluge Scripting : Strong experience with Deluge scripting to create custom functions, automate workflows, and develop tailored Zoho solutions. API Integration Skills : Solid experience with integrating APIs to enable cross-platform communication and automation. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and other integration techniques. Database Knowledge : Familiarity with relational databases and experience with data migration, synchronization, and troubleshooting in Zoho. Zoho Platform Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Zohos modules, workflows, and reporting tools, as well as the ability to optimize and enhance them to align with business processes. Cloud Platforms : Experience integrating Zoho with cloud platforms such as Azure and familiarity with cloud computing best practices. Problem Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring continuous improvement in system performance. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams, document solutions, and interact with stakeholders.
