Zoho Developer

We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Zoho Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and expertise in Deluge scripting to customize and automate Zoho applications. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to understand business processes, and the capability to implement and optimize Zoho tools tailored to organizational needs.

Responsibilities

1. Zoho Implementation & Customization: Configure and implement Zoho CRM and Desk to align with business processes. Customize modules, workflows, and templates using Zoho’s native tools and Deluge scripting.

2. Automation & Integration: Design and deploy automated workflows and processes using Deluge scripts. Integrate Zoho tools with third-party applications to streamline operations.

3. API Integration & REST API: Develop and manage API integrations between Zoho applications and external systems using REST APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and automation.

4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide end-user support and training for Zoho applications. Troubleshoot issues related to Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Deluge scripts.

5. Data Management: Migrate, clean, and maintain data in Zoho CRM and Desk. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all modules.

6. Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement Zoho-based solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.

7. Zoho CRM & Zoho Suite: Strong experience in Zoho CRM customization, user management, and integration with other Zoho tools (Desk, Analytics, Campaigns).

8. Office 365: Proficiency in managing Office 365 environments, including user/license management, security policies, and data migration.

9. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in end-to-end Zoho implementation projects.

· Strong understanding of Deluge scripting, workflows, and automation.

· Hands-on experience with REST API integrations.

· Knowledge of CRM data structures and relational data models.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
