Zoho Developer

As a Zoho Specialist (Developer), you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining solutions on various Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Creator. Your key responsibilities will include creating custom modules, workflows, functions, and automation, as well as integrating Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs. Experience with SOAP APIs is considered an added advantage. Additionally, you will design responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. Your qualifications should include 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator (including REST API integration), and Deluge scripting. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential, along with a strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem and its customization capabilities. Excellent communication skills are required as you may interact with US-based clients, and the ability to work partially overlapping with US time zones is preferred. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with SOAP APIs, knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) applications, Zoho Certifications, prior experience working with multiple clients across industries, and familiarity with other Zoho applications such as Zoho People and Zoho Desk.
