Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Lead to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing, implementing, and optimizing Zoho CRM solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, work with stakeholders, and drive the strategic use of Zoho CRM to enhance our business processes and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Zoho CRM Implementation & Management: Oversee the implementation and customization of Zoho CRM to align with business objectives. Manage data migration, integration, and system configuration. Ensure Zoho CRM is optimized for scalability and performance. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialists, developers, and support staff. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the teams Zoho CRM proficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support and consultation to end-users for optimal utilization of Zoho CRM. Integration & Automation: Design and implement integrations with third-party tools and applications. Automate workflows, processes, and reporting to streamline operations. Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor CRM system performance and user activity to identify areas for improvement. Generate actionable insights using Zoho CRMs analytics and reporting tools. Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards within the CRM system. Regularly update and maintain security protocols to safeguard business data. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in CRM implementation and management, with at least 5 years of expertise in Zoho CRM. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, and API integrations. Strong understanding of database management, data migration, and SQL. Hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem tools (Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator, etc.). Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Deluge is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
