Experience: 1–5 Years Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a skilled Zoho Books Implementation Consultant with strong migration experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in implementing Zoho Books for SMEs and enterprises, managing complete configurations, and migrating financial data from Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting systems. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure Zoho Books based on client business requirements. Set up Chart of Accounts, taxes (GST/TDS), template customization, and banking integration. Execute end-to-end data migration from legacy systems (Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, etc.). Import master data (customers, vendors, items, opening balances) and transactional data. Validate, reconcile, and verify migrated data for 100% accuracy. Integrate Zoho Books with Zoho Inventory, CRM, Payroll, and third-party apps. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in Zoho Books implementation. Strong knowledge of accounting and GST compliance. Proven experience in data migration from accounting tools (Tally/QuickBooks/Excel). Proficiency in Excel, CSV formatting, and data transformation. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide best-practice recommendations. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, Zoho Payroll. Knowledge of financial workflows, approvals, and automation. Experience in generating financial and GST reports. Zoho certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
