Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Zendesk Admin/Developer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Zendesk administration and development.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and maintain Zendesk instances, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Zendesk's API and SDK.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and implement automation scripts to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zendesk.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Zendesk administration and development.
  • Strong knowledge of Zendesk's features, functionality, and architecture.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
