About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and creative educators to join our YouTube teaching team as Master Teachers. In this role, you will create fun, clear, and interactive video lessons for JEE Physics / Math / Chemistry students . You'll focus on simplifying concepts in Physics / Math / Chemistry with the help of relatable examples, visuals, and engaging explanations. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Plan and deliver video lessons for foundation-level topics using slides, diagrams, animations, and real-life examples.
• Curriculum Alignment: Ensure lessons follow the syllabus and include exam tips to build student confidence.
• Engagement & Interaction: Encourage student participation through comments, discussions, and doubt-solving.
• Assessment & Feedback: Design quizzes, practice questions, and assignments to check understanding and provide helpful feedback.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated on syllabus changes and experiment with new teaching methods to make learning exciting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in the relevant subject area (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of teaching experience.
• Comfortable teaching on camera and explaining concepts clearly.
• Basic knowledge of creating slides.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
• Speaking Telugu is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year

• HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
