Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a YouTube Manager based in Ghaziabad. The YouTube Manager will oversee content creation, channel optimization, and strategy implementation to grow the company's audience and reach. Responsibilities include managing uploads, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with creative and marketing teams, and engaging with the audience to maintain a vibrant and interactive online presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in YouTube channel management, including video uploading and playlist creation
• Content strategy development and an understanding of SEO
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance metrics and driving data-based decisions
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with audience engagement strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred
