Youtube Manager

We're the parents of Adu and Nayu, and we've started a YouTube channel for them! To help it grow, we're looking for a skilled YouTube Manager to handle the strategy and day-to-day management.
What you'll do:· Plan the content calendar and brainstorm video ideas.· Optimize all videos for SEO (titles, descriptions, tags).· Design/create compelling thumbnails.· Analyze performance and use data to grow the channel.· Engage with our community in the comments.We're looking for someone who:· Has proven experience growing YouTube channels (share your work!).· Knows YouTube SEO and analytics inside and out.· Is creative, responsible, and understands family-friendly content.· Can work independently.This is a remote, part-time/freelance role.
