Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and engaging content for YouTube videos, including scripting and storytelling.
• Produce and edit high-quality videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Design eye-catching thumbnails to boost click-through rates.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas.
• Assist in optimizing video titles, descriptions, and tags for better reach and engagement.
• Contribute to the overall content strategy and channel growth.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of content writing and content creation for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Experience in designing attractive thumbnails using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
• Excellent command of Hindi (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
• Enthusiasm for working in a startup-driven environment with a proactive and creative mindset.
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and meet deadlines.
• Passion for YouTube content creation and staying updated with trends.
