CRM Management • Teacher Recruitment • Internal Staff Management • District-Level Agent Network Building Preferred candidate profile 1 Mandatory Experience Requirements The candidate must have: Experience in EdTech or Education Sector (Preferred 25 years) Running tuition operations Teacher management Student/Parent support Experience in CRM / Customer Support Systems Handling leads, follow-ups, queries Coordinating with parents & students Team Leadership Experience Managed at least 5–15 staff members Setting targets, monitoring performance Experience in Recruitment Screening candidates Conducting interviews Onboarding and documentation Experience in Field-Level Coordination (Highly Important) Working with agents Distributors / channel partners District-level franchise or promoter networks 2 Skill-Based Criteria (Must-Have) A. CRM & Technical Skills Able to operate CRM dashboards Basic Excel + Google Sheets proficiency Comfortable with online teaching tools (Zoom/Meet/Class platform) Data handling & reporting knowledge B. Recruitment Skills Understanding of teacher quality Ability to short-list and filter candidates Strong interview skills Policy-based decision making (approve/reject/terminate) C. Staff Management Skills Task delegation Daily work monitoring Conflict management Ability to set work systems & processes D. Networking Skills Ability to appoint and manage district-level agents Experience in dealing with semi-urban and rural stakeholders Good relationship-building skills E.
