Company Description The Youth Organization for Joining, Action & Knowledge (YOJAK) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering positive transformations in human lives and environmental health. Established in 2005-06 and officially registered under the Societies Registration Act and the Bombay Public Trusts Act, YOJAK engages with underprivileged communities by setting up social enterprises, cooperatives, and self-help groups. Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the day-to-day tasks associated with personnel management, HR policies, and HR administration. Responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The intern will also assist in employee benefits administration and other HR-related tasks as needed.
