Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative & Accounting Officer, located in Chennai. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, utilizing accounting software, maintaining records, and performing day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. The role also involves analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting organizational finances and operations. Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with experience in preparing Financial Statements Proficiency in Accounting Software and familiarity with financial tools and technologies Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and solving problems Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in financial compliance and reporting is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills
