Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Expert based in Delhi, India. The Field Sales Expert will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes negotiating contracts, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Expert will also analyze market trends, actively create strategies to meet business objectives, and provide customer feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate and close deals Proven ability in building and maintaining long-term client relationships Market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Knowledge of the construction or manufacturing industry will be an asset Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced field environment Flexibility to travel locally as required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
