We specialize in web development, digital marketing, and business growth strategies tailored for local entrepreneurs and SMEs. Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Intern to support our Cold Calling and Lead Generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable communicating with potential clients over phone calls, understands the basics of sales funnels, and is eager to grow in a fast-moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to small businesses and local shops across India to introduce Xuwonix’s services. Identify and qualify leads for web development and digital presence solutions. Maintain and update lead data in Google Sheets and internal records. Follow up with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handover of high-interest leads. What We’re Looking For Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Comfortable making 10–30 calls per day. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets. A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently. Prior experience in cold calling or lead generation (preferred but not mandatory). What You’ll Get ₹2,000/month stipend + commission for every successful conversion. Internship certificate upon successful completion. Flexible working hours – work at your own pace. No rigid Zoom calls or daily reporting. LinkedIn recommendation for top performers. Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance.
