Responsibilities Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after sales service. Inbound and outbound call process. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing. Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers. Processing customers purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products. Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications. Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process. Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls. Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Skill B.Pharma/BE/B.Tech -Biomedical/B.S c with 1-5 years of experience as inside sales executive. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers . Persuasive and goal-oriented . Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour . Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories . Self-motivated and self-directed . Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently . In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry . Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client . Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close . Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team . Previous experience in outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred . Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred .

Responsibilities Candidate will be involved in end-to-end Business development. The overall hospital/Clinic relationship on an ongoing basis, thus ensuring revenues targets are achieved, revenue growth is accomplished and new and existing Target audience will be meeting the doctors, CEOs & MDs of the hospital. Generate interest in companys healthcare Solution through the demo, outbound calls and handle a high volume of in-person visits to generate a pipeline of clinics and hospitals. Lead Generation. Close potential conversations into sign-ups and help complete the onboarding process. Manage the day-to-day relationship with the hospital clients and ensure quality delivery. Oversee companys operations in the hospital on its service offerings and assist in problem resolution with the help of the central tech support team. Manage relationships are sustained. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Provide client with new and existing product information, and assist them utilization. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Skills B. Pharma / B.E. / B.Tech Bio Medical / B.
