Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close Solar EPC projects ( Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Institutional). Build and manage relationships with corporates, industries, builders, institutions, and large EPC partners. Conduct detailed client presentations, technical discussions, and financial feasibility analysis. Coordinate with in-house design & execution teams to prepare proposals, system designs, and techno-commercial offers. Lead negotiations on project pricing, contracts, and payment terms. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements Represent the company in industry meetings, expos, and government interactions. Ensure end-to-end sales cycle ownership: lead generation → client meetings → proposal → negotiation → closure → payment collection. Requirements B.E./B.Tech / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field. 3+ years of proven experience in solar EPC sales preferred Strong knowledge of solar technology, net metering, subsidy policies, and financial models Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong network among EPCs, corporates, and industrial clients in Kerala (preferred). Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
