Hiring for Business Development / Growth Manager. Wytmode is on a mission to be the world's most trusted IT workforce provider. We're looking for a Business Development / Growth Manager (only from Bengaluru) to join us on a 90-day contract, with the opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance. Performance will be measured by client acquisition and long-term retention quality. What You'll Do Drive new client acquisition in IT staffing (in India, US, Canada, Australia and Singapore) & recruitment through outreach, networking, and partnerships. Pitch services, negotiate contracts, and close deals with decision-makers. Build and maintain strong client relationships with consistent follow-ups and account management. Track opportunities, proposals, and closures using CRM and sales tools. Deliver measurable business growth with clear accountability. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (staffing, recruitment, or IT services preferred). Must be based in Bengaluru - applications from other cities will not be considered. Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Self-starter with the drive to exceed targets and grow into a permanent role.
