WTP Operator (Purified Water System)

As an operations professional in this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities and deliverables: - Routine Plant Operations & Records - Issue Identification & Escalation In your day-to-day activities, you will be expected to: - Adhere to industrial safety practices during operations & maintenance procedures. - Ensure optimal operations of all equipment (Pre-treatment generation, storage & distribution) following prescribed SOPs. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports & records including log-sheets, Chemical consumption Records, and PM Record. - Monitor utility and feed water parameters to ensure they comply with specified limits. - Verify sensor calibration using test kits. - Coordinate with the QC team for sampling and analysis. - Conduct non-critical maintenance tasks (e.g., fixing leakages) utilizing available tools. - Maintain meticulous records of operational issues as per QA documentation procedures. - Participate in both classroom and hands-on trainings provided by the company & Customer to attain and sustain certifications in Plant Operations. - Conduct hands-on training sessions for operators periodically and certify their competence upon successful completion. - Develop and ensure adherence to shift schedules, including contingency management at the site. In addition to the above responsibilities, the job type for this position is full-time and the work location is in person.
