Key Requirements. Experience:Varies by position (4+ years for Managerial roles to 8+ years for senior positions). Brand & Entertainment Strategy:Develop and lead creative strategies for brand marketing and entertainment campaigns, ensuring each project meets client objectives. Client Advisory:Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients define their strategic vision and delivering solutions that drive business results. Campaign Management:Oversee the execution of creative campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance across all channels. Team Leadership & Collaboration:Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing creative direction and ensuring alignment with campaign goals. Trend Research & Innovation:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Pitching & Presentations:Lead the creation of compelling pitch presentations, engaging clients and securing new business opportunities. Creative Process Optimization:Continuously improve the creative process for efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
