The Lead Data Management position entails the responsibility of overseeing and preserving the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the master data within all business units of the organization. Strong project management skills are required, and experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is advantageous, along with an understanding of relevant industry and regional data regulations and standards. Moreover, experience in handling global cross-functional projects across diverse geographical locations, along with the flexibility to operate in different time zones, is beneficial. Proficiency in data management tools like SAP MDM, Informatics, or similar software is necessary. Knowledge of SAP data elements is mandatory, while familiarity with data platforms such as Azure and AWS is desirable.,
