We are a growing startup and are looking for a data-driven, creative, and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to scale our customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility across international markets. Role Overview As the Performance Marketing Manager at World2Door, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing all paid marketing initiatives across digital channels with a goal to get orders and sell products. You will oversee social media advertising, search engine marketing, and digital media buying , ensuring every campaign is ROI-focused, insight-driven, and creatively sharp. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on numbers, loves optimizing funnels, and can bridge data and creativity to drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Display Networks and other Digital media buying channels. Lead customer acquisition and remarketing strategies across multiple geographies (UAE, India, GCC, Europe, etc.). Effectively and carefully manage performance budgets, ensuring optimal cost-per-acquisition and ROI. Analytics, Measurement & Optimization Build, monitor, and refine performance dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Meta Business Suite. Set up robust tracking systems across user journeys (from ad click to checkout). Conduct deep-dive performance analysis to understand audience behavior, funnel drop-offs, and conversion bottlenecks. Generate intelligent, data-driven reports and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization. Creative Strategy & Collaboration Collaborate closely with the Creative and Content team to guide ad copies, visuals, and storytelling based on performance data and audience insights. A/B test creatives, CTAs, and messaging to identify high-performing content. Ensure all ad campaigns align with the brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging consistency. Media Buying & Marketplace Growth Handle digital media buying (Google Display, Meta Audience Network, programmatic ads, etc.) efficiently and negotiate for better rates when applicable. Deeply understand Ecommerce marketplace advertising models (e.g., Amazon Ads, Noon, etc.) to apply performance learnings to World2Door’s own platform. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with product, design, logistics, and marketplace teams to align campaigns with sales goals and category promotions. Develop customer segmentation frameworks to personalize campaigns and improve ROAS. Key Skills & Experience 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Media Buying (Ecommerce experience preferred). Proven track record managing paid budgets across multiple platforms with measurable success. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ad Audience Tracking, Events Tracking, Other Social Media Ad Platforms, Media Buying Platforms & Strategies. Strong command over data visualization tools and campaign tracking systems. Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page performance, and user funnel analytics. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting. Creative thinker who can guide design and content teams with performance insights. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a fast-scaling eCommerce or marketplace startup. Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio, Hotjar, SEMrush, HubSpot, or Mixpanel. Experience with cross-border campaigns and multilingual targeting will be an added advantage. Why Join World2Door?
