Worksoft Certify

As an SAP/Web Test Automation Analyst with expertise in Worksoft Certify, your role involves developing automation test scripts for SAP and Non-SAP processes across various modules such as Planning, Finance, Procurement, Production Engineering, Sales, Service, and other areas including multiple integrations. You will work closely with a geographically distributed team of SAP Analysts, Executives, and clients. Your responsibilities will include estimating project work, designing templates and test suites, planning the development of automation scripts, testing, validating, and deploying them. Additionally, you will provide support for test execution, offer user training on script writing, assist peers in creating their automation scripts, and take ownership of Automation in WorkSoft Certify. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automation test scripts for Regression testing. - Gather necessary information for automation from various teams. - Plan and execute automated tests in Worksoft. - Own Defect triage process, raise defects for bugs identified via Automation, and track them until closure. - Communicate all issues to respective teams. - Share test results for review and signoff with the relevant teams. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Must-have Skills: - Test automation using Worksoft Certify, Process Capture, and CTM. - Proficiency in SAP modules SD, MM, PP, and FICO. - Knowledge of HP ALM or JIRA. Good-to-have Skills: - Familiarity with SAP S/4. - Additional automation tool knowledge would be an advantage.
