Role Overview:

As a Workplace Incident Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating telephony operations and incident management activities across the organization.


This includes handling requests, renewals, and issue resolutions for mobile lines and SIM cards, as well as ensuring smooth communication flow between users, third parties, and service owners.

Youll collaborate closely with the Asset Manager and Service Owner to ensure seamless operations and maintain high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage support activities including request handling, incident coordination, and issue follow-up.
  • Coordinate with third parties for resolution when required and ensure timely closure.
  • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track service performance.
  • Conduct and organize internal review meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and improvements.
  • Maintain and contribute to the knowledge base and process documentation.
  • Regularly report operational metrics and updates to the France-based Manager.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Functional:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery models.
  • Technical ability to analyze and resolve workplace incidents.
  • Hands-on experience in telephony operations, SIM management, and user support.
  • Proficiency in incident management tools (ServiceNow or equivalent).

Behavioral:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Innovative and open-minded approach to continuous improvement.

Personal:

  • Strong team player with collaborative work ethics.
  • Leadership and coordination skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelors degree from a reputed institute.
  • 35 years of experience in Incident Management / Workplace Support roles.
  • Candidates with immediate or 1-week availability will be prioritized.
