Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of high-quality travel packages and guided tours. Manage end-to-end tour operations, including itinerary planning, vendor coordination, staffing, and logistics. Oversee and mentor tour managers, guides, and operational staff to ensure consistent service excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport services, attractions, and local partners. Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns to ensure 5-star experiences. Analyze market trends and customer data to improve tours and develop new offerings. Ensure compliance with international travel regulations, visa policies, and health & safety standards. Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote tour packages and increase bookings.
