Job Description

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. Understand clients' business models and financial needs, and propose tailored working capital solutions. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial positions and working capital requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to working capital services. Product & Solution Offering: Offer various working capital products such as trade finance, revolving credit facilities, receivables financing, and supply chain financing. Assess and recommend products that align with clients' business operations and cash flow cycles. Work with product specialists to ensure the delivery of customized financial solutions. Credit Risk Management: Conduct thorough credit assessments for potential clients to evaluate their eligibility for working capital products. Work closely with the credit team to structure working capital financing deals that align with the bank's risk appetite. Monitor clients financial health and working capital usage to minimize default risks. Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities for working capital solutions within existing and new clients. Drive cross-selling opportunities with other banking products such as trade, forex, and term loans. Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the working capital banking portfolio. Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely documentation, approval processes, and efficient execution of working capital products. Oversee the day-to-day operations related to working capital financing, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Liaise with other departments (e.g., credit, legal, operations) to ensure seamless execution of financial solutions. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes in the working capital and trade finance markets. Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to senior management to help shape product offerings. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports on the performance of working capital products and client portfolios. Provide recommendations based on data analytics to optimize client engagement and risk management strategies. Role & responsibilities
