Workforce Software (ADP Workforce Now) Techno-Functional Consultant

As a Workforce Software (ADP Workforce Now) Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the following: - Utilize your 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience as a techno-functional consultant in the Time & Attendance system with Workforce Software, particularly ADP Workforce Now. - Work with SQL, Java scripts, and other WFM software such as Workforce Software. - It is desirable to have WFS Certification in Configuration / Integration Specialist and above. - Apply your expertise in Workforce Software products such as Time & Attendance, Absence Compliance Tracker, Advanced Scheduler, and Workforce Analytics. - Additionally, experience in consulting, Workforce Analytics, and Interfaces will be advantageous. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. - Collaborate effectively in teams and engage with individuals across all levels. - Thrive in ambiguous situations and handle work pressure effectively. - If you have demonstrated experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, or HR Shared Services, it will be preferred.,
