Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and design L&D programs to upskill employees for future roles. HR Operations: Oversee payroll inputs, HRIS systems, and maintain data accuracy across HR processes. Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to statutory and labour regulations (EPF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.). Culture & Change Management: Foster a performance-driven and inclusive culture while leading organizational change. Analytics & Reporting: Present insights and dashboards to leadership on attrition, manpower cost, and HR metrics. Who You Are 6–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-scaling organizations or multi-city setups. Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, HR operations, and people leadership. Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and data analytics. MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
