The Diploma Student will be responsible for various tasks including assisting with on-the-job training, supporting experienced staff in day-to-day operations, participating in workshops and meetings, and completing assigned projects. The role will involve hands-on learning and providing administrative support as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in technical skills related to the specific diploma course Ability to assist with on-the-job training and support experienced staff Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar applications An eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in a relevant field is a plus
