Job Description

Workday core HR, Payroll knowledge Must
At least 4-5 years experience in Workday Support
Experience in Core HR, Payroll Business process of Workday
Good exposure of UK legislation and Payroll
Good to have : SAP Payroll, OM and PA Module experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work with Business to understand the requirement and check the available business process in Workday and suggest the suitable options.
Should be able to make required changes in across the Workday Landscape (Dev to Prd Tenants)
Managing delivery expectations and timely response in all engagements.
Acting as the go-to-person for the service transition expertise in the region.
Managing third party delivery in support of Service readiness activities and OAC compliance.
To support, manage and estimate change and/or support services.
To Assess Functional Specs and to provide an impact assessment.
To ensure and estimate the cost and effort involved in providing change and support.
Assist with the development of fit for purpose system enhancements and solutions in conjunction with UK based support teams
To manage incidents and problems through to resolution and apply UK based processes for changes.
Follow appropriate processes and standards as defined by UK based support team.
