Workday HRIS Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining Varex Imaging as an HRIS Analyst, responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Workday HCM and other HRIS systems. Your role will involve serving as a technical point of contact for various HCM functional areas, supporting global HR and cross-functional teams, and identifying automation opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Workday HCM subject matter expert, supporting ongoing design, configuration, and maintenance of multiple HCM functional areas. - Partner with global HR and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions. - Proactively identify automation opportunities through Workday configuration, reporting, and other technical capabilities. - Support Workday bi-annual releases and other HRIS projects, including testing, documentation, and change management. - Conduct regular data audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data. - Create and maintain documentation for business processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy. - Provide training and support to other HR team members. - Contribute to delivering high-quality service and projects within the HR team effort. - Assist with coordination and lead efforts for ongoing or annual HR projects. - Assist with HRIS-related SOX compliance, internal audits, and data privacy initiatives. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience designing, configuring, and supporting Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Help, Talent, and Performance management modules. - Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and EIBs. - Ability to organize, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adjust to changes in priorities to meet deadlines. - Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information. - Proficiency in business tools like E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
