We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join our client's team in the Healthcare & Insurance industry. If you have a passion for HR and Payroll systems, system configuration, and business process optimization, this role is for you! Role Overview: As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will: Analyze, design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM solutions. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices. Maintain system configurations and ensure smooth business process execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality. Lead Workday upgrades, system maintenance, and process improvements. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in HR business solutions using IT. 4-6 years of hands-on Workday experience. Strong expertise in Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Security, and Reporting. Experience in Workday implementation and system stand-up. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have: Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance domains. Knowledge of additional Workday modules like Benefits, Learning, Time & Absence, and Kronos. Hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools. Location: Chennai & Hyderabad Work Mode: WFO
