Workday Functional Lead

As a Workday Functional Lead at Prudential, your role involves collaborating with HR process owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. You will deploy and support solutions in Workday HCM as per design specifications. Your responsibilities include: - Providing ongoing system support and maintenance for relevant modules following governance and service delivery protocols. - Leading the implementation of new Workday capabilities, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption of solutions. - Conducting solution enablement and training sessions for stakeholders to drive Workday adoption. - Staying updated on the latest Workday releases, features, and functionalities to assess their impact on solutions. - Partnering with stakeholders to identify, deploy, and drive adoption of the latest Workday capabilities. - Taking ownership of developing and maintaining documentation for future reference and audits. - Mentoring team members to instill a continuous innovation mindset and deliver high-quality solutions and services. In addition to your role responsibilities, the following qualifications are required: - 5+ years of experience as a Workday Functional lead or in a similar role. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. - In-depth knowledge of Workday solutions with relevant certifications and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday HR solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and across geographies. - Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. While Workday certifications in relevant modules are preferred, they are not mandatory.
