Role Overview: At bp, the People, Culture & Communications (PC&C) function is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. As the Solution Lead (SL) for Workday, your role is crucial in owning and driving a portion of the PC&C Workday solution, ensuring efficient service delivery for employees. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a part of the PC&C solution, maintaining operational integrity and collaborating with others for stable operations - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs, such as data privacy and digital security - Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless co-existence of solutions/products across PC&C - Develop and implement plans for design, configuration, testing, and deployment of changes for the PC&C solution - Build positive working relationships with various stakeholders within and outside of PC&C, including integrators, services teams, and technology colleagues - Act as a thought leader in relevant technology spaces through external networking and tech landscape analysis Qualifications Required: - Graduate/post-graduate degree in Business Management, HR, Computer Science, or related field - 5+ years of work experience in relevant Workday domain area; certification desirable - Experience in building digital strategies and roadmaps, systems development, and corporate-wide implementation of global systems - Knowledge of Workday Product, project management methodologies, PC&C systems, and technology trends - Leadership skills, ability to use data for decision-making, and experience in organizational change management - Expertise in SAAS/Cloud-based products, project/program management, and communication of complex messages - Experience in consulting/corporate environments, different industries (Energy/Financial Services), and HR certifications like GPHR, SPHR, CIPD level 7 are advantageous - Quality certifications like Six Sigma are desired Additional Company Details: At bp, we offer an inclusive culture, work-life balance, learning and development opportunities, life and health insurance, and medical care packages.
