Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the HR Optimized function at Prudential, focusing on building horizontal capabilities such as Process Excellence, HR Technology, Reporting & Analytics, Engagement & Governance, and Operations & Shared Services. Your role will involve collaborating with process owners and stakeholders to understand requirements, assess impacts, and implement leading Workday HCM practices across all group and local business units. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with HR process owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, deploy and support solutions in Workday HCM as per design specifications. - Provide ongoing day-to-day system support and maintenance for relevant modules, following governance and service delivery protocols. - Lead the implementation of new Workday capabilities, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption of solutions. - Conduct solution enablement and training sessions for stakeholders to drive Workday Adoption. - Stay updated on the latest Workday releases, features, and functionalities, assessing their impact on solutions. - Partner with process owners to identify, deploy, and drive adoption of the latest Workday capabilities through a service improvement framework. - Develop and maintain documentation of Workday support maintenance activities and design changes for future reference and audits. - Mentor team members and collaborate to deliver high-quality solutions and services. - Stay informed of industry trends and advancements through Workday releases, features, and best practices, recommending enhancements aligned with organizational needs. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Workday Functional lead or in a similar role. - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to resolve day-to-day issues and drive initiatives independently. - In-depth knowledge of Workday solution with relevant certifications and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday HR solutions. - Working knowledge of at least two Workday modules like Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, etc. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders. - Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. - Workday certifications in relevant modules are preferred.
