Job Title: Workday Financial Integration Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote Notice: Immediate BGV will be there Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Financial Integration Developer to join our team. In this role, you will innovate, design, and build enterprise-level integrations between Workday Financials and third-party systems. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic, cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services. Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Maintain and enhance existing integrations to support evolving business needs. Ensure performance, scalability, and security in all integration solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-level integrations with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and technologies. Workday Studio certification and BIRT report development experience. 3+ years of experience with full-lifecycle Workday implementation projects. Proven experience with Workday Financials modules: Financial Accounting, Procure-to-Pay, Banking, and General Ledger. Proficiency with SOAP and RESTful web services for external integrations. Strong data transformation skills using calculated fields, business processes, and custom report definitions in Workday. Experience developing and consuming custom APIs. Deep understanding of integration security practices including authentication, authorization, and data encryption. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Required): Strong grasp of Workday’s business object model and data relationships. Clean, maintainable coding style and peer-friendly development practices. Demonstrated success delivering integrations for production environments and new project implementations. Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively. Experience with other integration platforms or middleware solutions. Understanding of HR and Finance business processes. Experience with large enterprise applications like Salesforce or ServiceNow. Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Hive, or Redis. Show more Show less
