About the Role As a Workday Functional Consultant you will be responsible for all activities required for successful implementation. You will have ownership of the implementation and configuration of the Workday HCM module. You will apply best practices, country specific knowledge and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery. You will collaborate with cross functional workstreams like solution design, estimating for projects. The work you will do About the Role As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will play a key role as part of an industry-leading team, helping to drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within our Professional Services business group. Key Responsibilities You have 3+ years of relevant work experience You have 2+ years of experience as a certified WD Consultant You hold a WD certification in HCM. You have supported 3+ clients in a direct client facing role You are currently a Workday Analyst and have been in your current role for a minimum of 18 months. You are an active contributor to your domain(s) and regularly share contributions within Alight forums. You have received strong consistent feedback on recent projects. You are able to deliver independently with minimal guidance. You have a deep understanding of your aligned domain(s) (Situation permitting) - You are open to travel to client locations to conduct necessary workshops. You understand financial obligations for your role and can execute a project aligned to a project's financial target. You're ready to meet steep client expectations and have a proven track record of consistency in turn around and delivery.
