Work Manager

A Works Manager, also known as a Factory Manager or Plant Head, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a manufacturing facility's operations. Their primary goal is to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production while maintaining quality standards. This involves managing staff, production processes, equipment maintenance, and collaborating with other departments to meet business objectives. Develop and implement production schedules, monitor production metrics, and ensure output and quality targets are achieved. Supervise, motivate, and train production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, ensuring maximum production efficiency and minimizing downtime. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
