•Atleast 3-4 years of experience of application/method development related to HPLC/UHPLC
•experience in handling LabSolutions software would be add-on
•Provide Initial training on system post installation and conduct periodic trainings.
• Support any method development, method transfer/ optimization request at assigned customer's sites.
• Implementation of ASP, SMB, SMM, SMS, MDR & Report Set with compliance
• 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity support)
• Support field team in technical presentation & discussions to prospective customers on instrumentation, application, and software for HPLC / UHPLC / Network Balance.
• Maintain a slide deck with updated data and summary of application results.
• Lab Essential and Focussed products promotion
•conducting customer education workshop
