Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Customization

Develop responsive and high-performance WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins.
Customize existing themes, layouts, templates, and site components as per US client requirements.
Build landing pages, forms, and conversion-focused layouts for marketing teams.

Technical Expertise

Work with
PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL
.
Create custom post types, taxonomies, and API integrations.
Implement SEO-friendly coding practices and schema markup.
Manage WordPress security, updates, backups, and hosting environments.

Performance Optimization

Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical SEO.
Troubleshoot issues related to performance, plugins, UI/UX, hosting, and CDN.

Client Collaboration (US Clients)

Communicate effectively with US clients on project requirements, timelines, and updates.
Understand design briefs, wireframes, and brand guidelines to deliver pixel-perfect UI.
Provide technical recommendations and solutions proactively.

Maintenance & Support

Monitor site health, fix bugs, manage plugin updates, and ensure site stability.
Assist with content updates, QA testing, and deployment processes.
