We're Hiring: WordPress Developer (Full-Time) Experience: Minimum 3 Years Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum Location: Vadodara About the Role We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team on a full-time. You should be confident in delivering WordPress projects independently — from concept through to deployment. This is a great opportunity to own your work end-to-end while collaborating with a dynamic, cross-functional team. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins Convert Figma or PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites Customize and enhance existing themes/plugins Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals , and mobile performance Implement SEO-friendly structures and schema markup Troubleshoot issues in staging and production environments Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and plugins Maintain clean, scalable, and documented code using Git Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development Strong command over PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery Hands-on experience in custom theme and plugin development Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, filters, and REST API Experience with MySQL and WP_Query optimization Familiar with technical SEO and performance optimization Proficient in Git/version control Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience customizing WooCommerce Familiarity with Elementor, WPBakery or other page builders Knowledge of CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced startup environment Interested?
