Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to design, implement, and manage websites using the WordPress platform. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and content management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based websites.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet client specifications.
• Ensure high-performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website problems for clients and internal teams.
• Optimize websites for speed and SEO.
• Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code.
• Conduct website performance tests and security audits.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in web development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with website optimization tools.
• Experience with Gutenberg, Elementor, or other page builders (optional but preferred).
• Knowledge of MySQL and database management.
• Understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WooCommerce and other WordPress eCommerce plugins.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with headless WordPress or JAMstack (bonus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred, not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
