Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented WordPress Developer & Designer who can take a project from Figma design to a fully functional and optimized website. You should be confident working with WooCommerce, Elementor Pro, and theme-level customizations. This is not just about assembling pages but about understanding how everything works behind the scenes. 

You will work on real-world eCommerce projects, implementing pixel-perfect designs, optimizing performance, and solving technical challenges using clean and efficient code. 

Roles and Responsibilities - WordPress Developer & Designer (Mid-Level)

Core Development

• Develop, maintain, and customize WordPress websites using Elementor Pro and ACF. 
• Customize and extend the Woodmart theme through child themes and functions.php. 
• Implement custom features using custom PHP or JS in Code Snippets. 
• Manage plugin installations, updates, and troubleshoot compatibility issues. 
• Maintain site security, backups, and ensure smooth site performance. 

WooCommerce

• Configure and manage WooCommerce products, variations, coupons, and shipping. 
• Customize product pages, cart, and checkout layouts to match design requirements. 
• Work on performance optimization, caching, and page load improvements. 
• Monitor and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and integrations. 

Design & Frontend Implementation

• Convert Figma designs into responsive Elementor layouts with pixel precision. 
• Ensure consistency in design, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy. 
• Handle responsive design across devices and browsers. 
• Optimize images, media, and assets for performance and SEO. 

Server, Hosting & Tools

• Manage websites hosted on Hostinger with CloudPanel setup. 
• Configure and maintain Cloudflare settings (DNS, SSL, and caching). 
• Use phpMyAdmin for troubleshooting and performing database-level fixes. 
• Monitor uptime, performance, and resolve technical issues in coordination with the team. 

Collaboration & Version Control

• Work with designers, account managers, and marketing team for smooth execution. 
• Maintain code versioning through GitHub and follow development best practices. 
• Document processes, changes, and updates for internal reference. 
• Take initiative in learning and adopting new tools or technologies as needed.
