Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in India, with a mix of onsite and remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, conducting presentations, negotiating sales contracts, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves identifying market trends to develop strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships Understanding of healthcare and biotechnology products, particularly diagnostic solutions Ability to analyze market trends and develop tailored sales strategies Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment Previous experience in sales or business development is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
