Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Retail Analytics Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across our retail operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI, Looker, and Python, and a strong understanding of retail metrics, customer behavior, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Looker Deliver actionable insights on sales, inventory, promotions, and customer trends Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Analytics & Modeling:
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and opportunities Support pricing, assortment, and store performance strategies Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams Translate business requirements into analytical solutions Present findings and recommendations to leadership Data Management & Quality:
Ensure data integrity across sources and platforms Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize pipelines Document processes and maintain analytics best practices

Qualifications

B.Tech or Masters degree 1-2years of experience in data analytics Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools Strong understanding of statistical methods
