The Role: We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in the growth of a next generation IT product in the banking space. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth. You will work closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with business objectives. Responsibilities: · Develop and execute integrated marketing plans: Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, PR, etc.) to promote our products, targeting key personas, market segments in focus international and domestic geographies · Content strategy and creation: Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and email campaigns · Digital marketing leadership: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to maximize reach and engagement. · Lead generation and nurturing: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel, working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment. Capture the opportunities in CRM for nurturing and closure · Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Analyse campaign performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement · Product launch support: Collaborate with product management on product launches, developing and executing go-to-market strategies that ensure successful adoption · Brand management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels · Budget management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenses and optimizing spend for maximum ROI · Cross-functional collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand product features, market positioning, and customer feedback. · Reporting and optimization: Regularly track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor/Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing role within an IT product company Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels. Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing platforms. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
